November

We started our journey on November 24, on our way to Florida. We drove from 8-11 hours a
day; the five day trip seemed a lot longer! We spent my birthday (the 28th) on the road, but
we did stop at a friend of my moms the night before. Her name is Dawn and her husband is
Anton. Anton has the same birthday as me! When we got to Orlando, on Saturday around
6pm, we stopped and ate at Sweet Tomatoes. Sweet Tomatoes is a buffet where you pay
like $10 a person and you can choose as much as you want from the soups, breads, pastries,
pastas, salads and desserts! It is pretty cool. My favorite is a hot fudge brownie with vanilla
ice cream. Mmmm!

In the drive we played games like hang man or timbirchie, you may know it as boxes where
one person at a time you draw a line and if you make a box you put your initial or symbol in it
and you get one point. We watched the whole third season of 7th Heaven on our drive and
started season two for Veronica Mars. I got the Twilight series so I read that while Taylor
Rae would stare out the window or do what ever she does. I brought alone my PDA which is
a little handheld which has memo, datebook, contacts, and you can download games onto it. I
have quite a bit of games.... Our day: wake up get in the van and do what ever until lunch,
eat lunch (one that we packed or at a place like Quiznos, Quiznos is like a Subway, then do
what ever after lunch. Around supper time it would get dark so we would eat the watch a
movie on our computer until we stopped at our hotel for the night, which was usually close to
10pm. That was our basic every day for the 5 day drive.

Now we are in Palm Beach, Florida. It is like a 3 hour drive from Orlando. We are staying in
a place called Palm Beach Shores and it is right on the ocean.
